On Thursday, October 22, Epiphany parishioners invited to participate in Winchester Rotary’s annual volunteer event in Epiphany’s Hadley Hall in support of Rise Against Hunger. During this event, we will pack 10,000 shelf-stable, nutritionally complete meal kits to be shipped overseas. Volunteer shifts are available from 4:30-6:00 pm for set-up, 6:00-8:00 pm for packing, and 8:00-9:00 pm for clean-up and pizza. (We are fast workers so the pizza may be served a bit earlier than 8:00!) You are welcome to sign up for multiple volunteer slots.
This is an excellent opportunity for the whole family. The minimum age to participate is five years old. Youth 12 and under should have a parent with them. Please click to sign up to volunteer.
