Epiphany plans to go on a civil rights pilgrimage from March 19-25, 2025 to Atlanta, Montgomery, and Selma. We will visit historic civil rights sites such as Ebenezer Baptist Church, MLK sites in Atlanta, the EJI Legacy Museum in Montgomery, and the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma. We will also meet people involved in racial justice work along the way. This trip will be sponsored by Journey to Justice and led by the Rev. June Cooper. A preference will be made for those currently enrolled in a Sacred Ground group. We will have a Zoom session on December 9 at 6:30 pm with Rev. June to learn more.
